Note on ODR Platform (Online Dispute Resolution)
The former EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform (OS Platform) was discontinued effective July 20, 2025; no new complaints can be submitted since March 20, 2025. The reference to the platform was misleading thereafter and has been removed – the obligation to link was eliminated with the establishment of the regulation in the EU → completely eliminated.
